  1. Where to start?

    I am a UK trained and registered nurse with 9 years poat registration experience. The past 6 years of this has been in theatre/ operating room nursing in several specialities, mainly acute surgery and trauma. I really want to live and work in USA. I really don't know where to start! I know there are many agencies that deal with this kind of thing but i would like to try to do it on my own if possible. I would like to hear from anyone that had any advice or could share their own experiences of trying to live and work in USA as a nurse thanks!
