    Hi my I been working in home health over 10 yeras in WA state, recently move to south of texas, and finding that most agencies HH contract with PT/OT/ pay them per visit to my surprise PT/OT adamantly refuse to do SOC when there in not Skill nurse required my question is ... is this situation unique here ? and what to do ? No one none cero subcontract here they do SOC.... Thanks..
