  1. I spoke to a contact who graduated in 2006 from the Kaiser Program and he said the interview consisted of a panel of about 12 people. The main focus was on what kind of person you are. He said, they spent a lot of time talking about basketball, because that was a hobbie of his and he followed it closely. The panel wants to know what kind of person you are, and how you'll handle different situations.... i.e maybe they'll throw out a ethical question about if an MD wants you to do something, but you don't feel comfortable, what would you do....and how would you handle the situation. My friend's advice was be friendly, upbeat, and most of all, be honest. He didn't have any clinical questions at his interview, but honestly I would be prepared for anything. Good luck! I hope this helps.
  2. Wow, :w00t:that's great! do you live here in CA: Or will you have to travel for the interview? Do you work in critical care now? Best of luck toward your interview. Knock them out, well don't take that seriously, but you know what I mean. Orkney
  3. I too am waiting to hear from Kaiser. It's the only one I applied to. I've been reading these boards for the last couple of months and I have gained so much information. Good luck to everyone who has applied and CONGRATULATIONS to all who made it to the interview phase.
