  1. I will be doing my preceptorship in the ER and am wondering if anyone can help me with my learning experience. I know the ER is a busy busy place (to put it mildly) and i will not be able to learn or see it all. Can anyone give me some pointers on what i should try to focus on? I will be there for two days. Thanx for any help
  2. I am beginning my preceptorship tomorrow morning. I will have 2 days on a med surg floor and 3 days in the ER, among some community service and other things. Part of my responsibility is developing learning objectives for myself while in the med surg and ER rotations. I am off to a good start. However, i need at least 7 for each day and i am beginning to run thin on ideas. I thought maybe some of you might be able to offer some suggestions for me. I would greatly appreciate any input you might have.
