  1. Have B.S. and want an LVN/RN online program

    I have a B.S. and want to change my career. I have all the pre-reqs to enter a nursing program. My problem is that I am a military wife stationed in Hawaii. Hawaii has very limited programs and I would have to pay out of state tuition. I am a Texas resident and would like to find a Texas distance learning program or even a reputable online program anywhere. Also, can I take the LVN or CNA test without a nursing degree? I would like to get started working in a hospital and getting experience. I noticed that in most RN programs you have to have a letter of recomendation from a previous medical employer to apply. How do I do that if I am not already licensed????
