Thanks for the advice. I don't mind working LTC. Believe it or not that is where you make the most money because they are in need of help. Are these all nice places to live? What about Azle? I have been searching for places on-line all over.

My experience is more towards post acute care on a extended bed unit. I have some med/sug experience which is where I would love to pursue more to gain better knowledge. I also have LTC experience.

Thanks for the advice. I am going out to Fort Worth in May to do house hunting so hopefully I can stop by some facilities to talk with nurse recruiters or human resource departments.
