    I graduated back in May 09..I tried all the major hospitals in Orange County, none gave an opportunity. I just got hired at a small community hospital in LA county last month. its quite a drive, but I cant be picky. If it wasnt for my uncle's friend at church who has friends in the administrative department, I would still be stuck looking. Good luck my fellow new grads. It is a tough world out there right now. There is no Nursing shortage anymore....my opinion anyway.
