    Can you give your answer with this problem. I cut and paste it which i got to other forum .........I failed NCLEX 3X. I'm very desperate. The BON that i applied allow only three times to take the exam.They said I have to take a refreshner course and got they approval to take the exam again.Can I apply to other states eventhough i failed NCLEX 3x ?please i need your urgent answer.

    Hi guys, Guys, help me decide what state will i choose.I'm planning to take my NCLEX exam. . I'm thinking of New Mexico or Vermont for my initial license. Then, assuming i pass the NCLEX, I will endorse my license in California. Do you know the processing time of endorsement of license in California? Do I need to comply to their requirements/regulations before i can endorse my license... Can you pls help,any suggestion? . thanks

    kindly help answer my query,assuming that i passed the nclex in vermont and i want to work in california, do i have to work first in Vermont to get my license active, so that California BON will accept my endorsement of license. please enlighten me. THANKS
