  1. Ok, I lied, I have one more question. You probably don't know, but can I bring my Kindle to read with during the first few weeks, or is it physical books only? Thanks.
  2. Hello, I am also going to be in the 10 April ODS class and have one quick question. I've read all the information on the ODS site about PT, but I was wondering if you have any additional suggestions on getting ready for the PT. Any specific workout I should incorporate into my usual routine to make my life a bit easier, or just continue with pretty general strength training + running? Also, I second the information about the reception when you hear something. Thanks for the information!
  3. I'm a first year Paramedic and Nursing student at Lake Superior State University up in Sault Ste. Marie. I haven't done too much with the nursing program, just advising and pre-reqs, but I'm finishing my EMT-B from the paramedic program, and will be getting my EMT-P next year, and I have been amazed by the program here. The professors are very friendly, I've gotten to know everyone here, the school will work around you and let you change things and take classes that you need, the clinical sites are friendly, and although low volume, you get to be very hands on, often doing all the procedures while the hospital/ambulance staff watches over you. Only downside, I've spent 12 hours sleeping in the back of an ambulance praying, in vain, for a call.
