  1. I posted this question before but have not got any real answer. I already filed both I-140 and I -485 and have EAD. I just want to know if I'm stuck with my current employer who petitioned for me for GC till I actually receive my GC which can take years or can I get another RN job with another employer once both the I-140 and I-485 have been approved even though I don't yet have the GC because of retrogression. Thanks!

  3. Hi, Just want to know, when I-140 & I-485 are approved can you leave the employer that filed the petition for another employer? Will you still be able to receive your GC when visa becomes available if you do so or are you stuck with the current employer till you have your GC? Thanks!
  4. I have already passed NCLEX and have my visa screen. Thanks for your reply. Citio
  5. I'm on F2 currently. Thanks! Citio
  6. Hi Suzanne4, Pls do you know any agencies or hospitals still willing to start the process of petitioning for a foreign born RN already here in the United States even though retrogression is still in place. I've already passed the NCLEX-RN exam and I already have a visa screen certificate. I'm willing to work in most parts of the U.S. Thanks. Citio
