Hmmm well I haven't checked it off yet. I'm going to do so, but I won't be commited with fraud or messing with papers or something I hope. And tomorow I just hand the sheet to the blood test people(don't know what they are called) and they take my blood tests according to what it says on the sheet.

Yeah I'm not a nurse, just had to ask a nurse about this situation. Any one work in the lab blood test section? So I just came back from the doctors but he didn't give me the lab blood test I really wanted. I didn't urge him too hard either. He did give me one lab test though. :angryfire Now suppose I just check off the blood test I want(it's nothing serious just a blood test) would they find out somehow and reject? The sheet usually has all the blood tests on it, and the doc just checks it off, the ones he wants me to get. It's no big deal if I can check the other one off too right? is it in the computers too which blood test the doc has required? or they just check the sheet and just take your blood samples?
