What kind of visa will she have to stay on to be resident in this country. Actually on the middlesex uni website it said that they have to be resident in this country for three years before they start the course and they must be here other than for the purpose of study. Also when they start the course they must be a permanent resident. Can you confirm that please?

Hi there. I have a friend from Singapore who would like to study a nursing diploma in the uk. I know she isnt eligible for the busery but i'd like to know if she would have to pay fees? Also i rang uni of hertfordshire and they said she'll wouldnt even be eligible to sit for the course never mind pay the fees. However another uni i rang said that she wont be eligible for the busery but wont have to pay any fees? I was wondering if anyone knows what the true situation is. Singapore is part of the commonwealth but not part of the eu or eea. I would appreciate some advice.
