    Yes it is Excelsior college in albany NY. Just started nursing concepts 1 and hoping someone here has gone through this program. It is self paced and when you are ready you go and test, you have a weekend long clinical at the end. I know Colorado requires more clinicals though. They have several programs that provide more study materials like Rue and college network. I called the NM state board and they except it.
