  3. Was wanting some input from others who have experience in an Intermediate Care unit or step down unit. What I would like to know is how often are assessments done and vitals collected? I would also be interested in the staffing ratio and if your experience included CNA's and unit secretary? Thanks!!!
  4. Hello, I may be relocating to Tulsa, OK. I've searched the internet and found several sites stating the average wage in Tulsa for BSN is $55,000 a year. I understand from reading posts that this is a higher figure than actual. I've noticed that nobody wants to post their actual wage, but I would appreciate anyone who would let me know what the actual wage is in the Tulsa area. I currently work in KS. My critical care unit is a 15 bed unit. My salary for 8 years is $ 41,000 a year. Any info about wages and or hospitals to work for would be great! Thanks, Angela
