  1. New BSN grad for Boston: can new grads start only 2x a year??

    Hi! Hopefully others have this same issue! I am graduating from a second degree nursing program in one month and have had no luck getting a job in Boston. I've heard how tough Boston is, but I am determined to move up there and am wondering if anyone knows about new grad spots at other times of the year (as most, if not all, are filled right now)...I am willing to wait a few months after taking the NCLEX (in February) to start if need be, but I want to make sure hospitals do in fact have new nurses start throughout the year (I know many have set new grad programs). If anyone has thoughts I would really appreciate it! Thanks a lot~
