  1. Backing out from an new grad offer

    Hello I am graduating this December & also moving out of state but I applied for a PICU position in my current state . I got the job , but applications for the new state I'm moving to don't open until October- November. Should I just accept the job I just got offered and wait until applications open up in 1-2 months? If I get the job out state am I able to back out of my offer? Or should I tell the employer right now ? Also if I'm offered a capstone in the unit I got accepted in should I just do it and then back out later if I get the job?
