I recently received an offer for a cardiac ICU position at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus and am seriously considering it. I've heard mixed things about the culture in some of the ICUs there, including that it can be difficult for newer nurses. For anyone who currently works there or has worked there recently, how is the culture in the CVICUs or other cardiac ICUs? Supportive team? Good learning environment? Any insight would be really appreciated, especially from new grads!
