  1. DUI charge and applying for the NCLEX in Maryland

    Hi all, I'm a 4th semester ADN student in Maryland, I am graduating in December. In May, I was charged with a DUI. I am hoping to receive probation before jury in court. I know that I have to report this to the MBON when applying for the RN license, but unclear of the steps I will need to take when applying to take the NCLEX. Note: I have not reported this to my school, I passed my background check and am clear for clinical. I do not plan on telling them as PBJ is not a conviction. Thanks for the help!
