Thank You, but IMO There's a ton of information about the application/interview process. I think people are more so looking for what accomplishments/expectations/accolades are needed to get an interview. There needs to be a bit more transparency on Stanfords end about what they are looking for out of a candidate. It's not just Stanford but all hospitals.

Ohhh 😮, yeah I saw someone who was invited to interview with just clinicals in the ED, congrats to them ;however, Having two ED Preceptorships and being an Air Force firefighter I was a bit drawn back by not receiving an invite

A few people on Facebook said they received interview invitations. That status will stay the same until. The 24th the last day they send out invites

What exactly is their hiring team in the ED looking for? I'm confused by the stats people are posting on Facebook who are receiving invites.
