Hi All, I'm very new to allnurses and currently work in healthcare regulatory and accreditation for my local hospital. I recently passed this HACP-CMS exam and started wondering how we can improve at how we track these standards. I thought to start researching how leaders currently track CMS-related findings, assign follow-up actions, and monitor improvement after rounds as I'm hoping to get a better understanding of real-world workflows. If anyone is able to connect for 15 minutes then that would be phenomenal, otherwise I am hoping for some discussion in this thread.
