  1. I'm looking for some advice on how to navigate an interview process to get into nursing school. Here's the process: The process is structured like this: You are placed in a group of 6 applicants. Each group receives a written scenario describing a clinical situation where something went wrong with a patient. The scenario includes 6 different roles, each with brief information about what that person did and when. Each applicant is randomly assigned one of these roles. The group is given 5 minutes to read and understand the entire sheet. Then there is a 2-minute round where each person defends their assigned role - those 2 minutes are shared in the group. After that, the group has about 5 minutes to discuss together and decide who is ultimately at fault and must name one person. I'm trying to understand what answers they looking for. Any insight into what makes a strong candidate in this format would be really helpful.
