I agree, I feel like they've been pretty on top of it tbh. We can't let our nerves get the best of us! It takes time to throughly go through each application and give every applicant the time of day.

Honestly I would just be patient, if none of us have gotten an email yet I'm sure that means they are still working on it.

since it's just for identification purposes, I just had my friend take a picture of me shoulder up, against a white background! converted to PDF and e-mailed it.

Thank you! All the basic certs + CCRN. 3 years experience, CVICU mostly. Cumulative GPA is terrible haha (3.04), but I went on to get a Master's degree (Nursing,3.7) to make up for my undergrad. VP of nursing org. 50+ shadow hours, unit leadership (no charge), lots of anesthesia conferences/conventions. Graduate pharm, biochem and ochem (all As)

I submitted my app 5/22. I actually just got a second e-mail today that states they "narrowed the list to the top applicants". So it sounds like they did eliminate some applicants, and the KIRA assessment will eliminate even more before the final, in-person interviews.

I'm also hoping that it is like previous years where KIRA was only sent to interviewees, but It sounds like it is required for all verified applicants before they decide who to interview.. just based off of what was on NursingCAS.

I got an interview invite yesterday on the 17th! It looks like they will be conducting interviews June-July.
