Twofold ai scribe changed how I do this completely. captures during the session, note is basically done when the visit ends. no rebuilding from memory at end of day. chatgpt for templates makes sense for the repetitive stuff but for actual visit notes you're still doing all the work yourself. language skews a bit outpatient sometimes so I trim here and there, but the time save is real. worth trying a few tools, they don't all work the same way.

  3. Government jobs usually aren't the highest paying at the start, but the benefits, pension, job security, and predictable raises can make up for it long term. A lot depends on the specific agency and how their pay scale works. I'd ask how often step increases happen and what the promotion path looks like. Sometimes getting in is the hard part and moving up gets easier once you're in the system.
