    Hey everyone, I'm getting ready to apply to UTMB and UTHealth Cizik for the upcoming Spring 2027 cycle, and I wanted to see if I could get some realistic feedback on my stats. I know both programs are highly competitive, so any insight from current students or past applicants would be hugely appreciated. Here's where I'm at right now: Overall GPA: 3.54 Pre-req GPA: 3.73 Science GPA: 3.0 TEAS 7: 84.7% (Will Retake) Certifications: CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant) & American Red Cross BLS Volunteering: 100+ volunteer hours food bank and hospital.
