    I Was convicted of conversion. I took a mentally disabled person to the store. Had no clue he took lotion. In court I was advised to take the deferral program and it would be dismissed. It was dismissed. The judge told me I could answer No if asked about any convictions. I answered no on a Nursing application and was reprimanded for fraud. Note this charge was also expunged. I now am about to give up my nursing career as I have held a lot of positions including management and excellent work history. I cannot get a decent job outside of a nursing home or rehab center. I have certification in Critical care, Med surge and wound care. No luck . Get a very good attorney.
