That's a tough decision, especially if Kaiser Residency is your top choice. I'm external and I am about 1hr 30 min away from where I've been hired to. So I would have to commute everyday hoping I can manage 😬 Also are you waiting until the 22nd to email them if you don't hear back today or tomorrow?

I haven't heard back. I was interviewed in the last week of April. Ughhh I hate the waiting period.
