The point is, prospective students shouldn't need to access an anonymous online forum to get updates on the admissions process of a doctorate program. You reached out, and got a response. Many of us haven't reached out, and haven't heard anything directly from the program. Unfollow the topic if it bothers you :)

They actually haven't made it clear at all. For the majority, our last communication with administration stated decisions should be made by mid July, it's now almost mid August. Mind you, we were originally supposed to hear by June 30th. It's completely fair for people to reach out, but thanks!
