I can really relate to what you're saying. 31 years is a long time to give to a profession, and it's completely understandable to feel ready for something different. It actually sounds like aesthetics could be a great fit for you, especially since you've had a long-standing interest in it. Sometimes following that kind of passion leads to a much better quality of life, even if the income changes. I'd love to hear how you decide to move forward with this.
