  1. Today I got a job offer for a residency position for a Peds CVICU at a big children's hospital. I am so excited but also nervous. I know it is going to be a lot of material and new information, but after doing my practicum on a CPCU, I really fell in love with cardiac and am looking forward to all I am going to learn. I haven't taken my NCLEX yet, and I know passing that should be my main focus, but I'm tempted to also start studying up on things I need to get familiar with before starting the residency program. Any advice on what I should study or how much I should study would be super awesome!
  2. I got invited to meet with the recruiter before hiring day this Friday the 10th but they have yet to let me and my friend know if it is gonna be an in person or online panel and what time and where hiring day is going to be. Has anyone already had a panel meeting if so what was it like and did they wait until the day before to send you more details? I feel pretty in the dark about this whole process and also don't know how I feel about likely having to switch to night after the first 3 months.
