  1. Hi, I about to graduate and all these people are freaking me out about group one. I know its a background/employment check thing. And I have been told that if I have never been terminated from a DFW hospital, then I am okay. Then, why is there this big deal about how all terminations are reported to Group One. SO you have to put ALL of your jobs down in your application. Does that mean that if I walked out on my job at a chilis after two days bc it was two much for me to handle, I am on group one list and I won't be able to be a nurse? I'm sure I wasn't thinking about that when I was 20 years old yah know. Does anyone know about Group one? Am I not going to get a job because I walked out of my restauarant job years ago?????????? Thanks
  2. You are correct. But...a few CRNA instructors from Wesleyan now teach the CRNA program at TCU.hehehe. Sorry, I go to TCU. GO FROGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. Thanks so much for the information!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really appreciate it. I went online and just applied to the positions, but is there a different process that I have to go through since I am going to be a new graduate nurse(like do I have to contact the recruiter instead?) Thanks again!
  4. Hi, I will be graduating with my BSN in may, and I am moving to Pittsburgh. Does anyone know what I should do about nclex. Should I take it here or in Pittsburgh. I plan to move in September. Also, I don't know much about the hospitals. I am interested in working in a fertiliy clinic, but Magee does not take GN's. I am interested in critical care, but am afraid because I will be a new nurse, so maybe med/surg. Anyone know if hospitals that want GN's for med/surg.Thanks!!! any input would help me out so much. I need some new friends when I move too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
