  1. Hello, Hopping on the thread for some feedback. I've been working for NYP in a non nursing role for a few years now. I received my BSN a couple of years ago; I am currently working as an RN at another facilty while working at NYP per diem (in my non nursing role). I have submitted over 70 applications and havent recieved any job offers for any of the 4 roles I've interviewed for. I thought once I've earned at least a years experience as a nurse and continued working within my non RN per diem role at NYP that I would have a great chance at being hired. Its starting to become a bit discouraging. Any advice on how to navigate the hiring process would be greatly appreciated.
