@ScubaRN26 hi I hope all is well and you're enjoying new grad life after nursing school! I just wanted to check in with you and make sure you were able to get your CA license? I just wanted to make sure that you did not have any trouble with that and had any advice on license by examination or by endorsement for getting you CA license!

Hi yes I did login to BOSS and started the application for those scholarships! I was just hoping to find out if you had the WUE applied to your Summer semester? I've contacted financial aid and the scholarship offices and they both can't really confirm that I will be eligible until they review it, and that Summer semesters usually don't qualify. Thank you for those websites, I do see that the nursing program itself qualifies so that's helpful!

@ScubaRN26 Hi sorry to bug you again but I just had a question about the WUE scholarship. I spoke to the scholarship office and they were not able to confirm that I would receive the WUE and said if I do receive it it may not be applied to my account until a week before classes start. They told me that they do not give it out to students in the Summer often and informed me being a second bachelors students could put me as a lower priority to first time bachelor students. I just wanted to make sure that the WUE was able to cover the Summer semester for you being from CA as well, as they have not been very clear with me about this.

I will be in Pocatello, I was also curious if you chose to live on or off campus? If you lived off campus do you have any advice on apartment complexes or rentals to look at? I have seen there are many houses to rent but I was wondering if there were any housing options opening up with your cohort graduating in May that you might recommend as well?

Got it well that makes me feel much better thank you! How has the traveling been for the clinicals? I know they warn you clinicals may be up to 200 miles away, has it made it more difficult to keep up with classes with all the traveling?

@ScubaRN26 thank you so much! I have a meeting tomorrow to ask one of the advisors some questions about the clinical credits and total credits for the program as I saw that could be a concern. Were you able to find out from any advisors if students in the past have had any trouble getting their CA license?

@ScubaRN26 hi I have also been accepted to this years cohort in Pocatello for the ISU ABSN!! I'm just curious if you were able to become licensed and are now working in CA? I have been very stressed trying to find the answers to see if I will be able to work in CA after the program?
