Hi my contract breech fee is $15,000 another nurse who is with the same agencey and signed to them 2 weeks later than me has a buy out fee of $8,000! how can it be so different? i have read on some of these sites that people dont pay all the amount have you?? i know i will be expected to pay which is ok but i want to know if people have paid less

Hi am looking for some advice i am a RN over in the us from the uk i have been here for 3 mths my husband has been offered a great job in california but i have a job in boston. I want to leave my contract as it will be eaiser for me to relocate rather than him he is limited to the work he can do he is an engineer. I have a buy out fee of $15,000 has anyone bought themselves out? any tips? thanks x
