  1. Pima Community College ADN - Nursing Skills Classes

    Hi, I am recently interested in applying to Pima Community College's ADN program. However, I would like to know if the nursing skills classes are done in a quick boot camp style or do you have the whole semester to practice skills? Are you supposed to do well in skills check off before going to clinical rotations? The reason I ask is that I know some people in other nursing programs where they teach the nursing skills classes in a 2-3 day boot camp style, and they don't give enough time to practice skills outside of class in Open Labs before skills check off.
