  1. Guidance- signature removed by LPN coworker

    HI- long story short, I had obtained a telephone order by the provider for repeat labs on a patient. The above coworker did not agree and went to the provider afterward and the provider then wanted the order discontinued, stating it was not indicated at this time. Which is fine, that is not the issue, where my issue lies is that the LPN did not discontinue the order; they removed my RN signature and placed the order on hold. When I brought this up to my DON, its being treated as a reeducation? I disagree with this, am I wrong? He has been an LPN long enough number one and is currently in RN school.
