Hello! I submitted my application 3/17 and received the signup link 3/18. The email Subject was: UTHealth UserID + applyUTH. It included my username and the steps to register! Perhaps check your spam? Along with ensuring your nursingCAS application was verified and complete (they email once it is verified). Hope this helps!
