  1. Thank you for the info, greatly appreciate it.
  2. Hi, do you know when they were given an offer letter/contacted?
  3. Still no word from OR or recruitment. On Tuesday, I emailed all the people listed in the interview email plus the person who sent the skills survey and still no response. The skills survey woman got back to me on 3/2 when I asked about a timeline regarding reference checks. She said, "Your SkillSurvey Report has been completed and sent to the hiring department for review. It can take them some time to review the report and the timeline will be dependent upon the department. Moving forward, please continue to follow up on your status via your application portal. From there, either the hiring department or the recruiter in charge will be reaching out to you if selected to move forward in the recruitment process." Unfortunately, I think OR is one of the last departments to get back to people. I've heard of people being contacted by recruitment up to 1 week before the cohort start date and considering how long it took to receive the reference check email, I wouldn't be surprised if that is the case for us as well.
  4. Me too! Really glad I'm not the only one.
  5. For those who got interviews in January and received the Skills Survey on 2/25, have you heard back from recruitment regarding offer letters? I'm still waiting and curious if anyone else is in the same boat.
  6. Thank you so much for this information, you're a gem!
  7. I had an interview in January, reference check late February, and haven't heard back from recruitment yet. Their FAQ page says offer letters are typically made "5 weeks before the program start date" which would mean potentially getting a response the first or second week of April. Also I emailed the person who sent us the skills survey about a timeline and she said if selected to move forward in the recruitment process, hiring departments usually "take some time" to get back to applicants. My guess is that since the cut off for the skills survey was 3/4, we probably won't hear back for a month from that date. We got this far, what's a few more weeks - hang in there!
  8. I had my interview the first week of January with OR, didn't get contacted until late February with a skills survey reference check, and now I'm waiting to hear back from recruitment.
  9. No word on acceptance, but a couple of us got contacted for reference checks on 2/25.
  10. Have they contacted you yet after you submitted the skills survey? I was also sent a reference check on 2/25 and completed it, but haven't heard back yet. Per HR it could take awhile.
