Hey guys! I know this thread is from years ago, but I still wanted to ask, how was the interview? what did they ask? I just got invited to interview next week for the MSN FNP program at FIU and I am just so nervous!

Hey guys! I know this thread is from last year, but I just got invited for an interview for the MSN-FNP program at FIU, I wanted to ask, what was the interview like? what did they ask? I'm so nervous! It's going to be on zoom

they called me back the same day I had the interview and no I wasn't a intern or scholar

Thank you so much!! ? I hope you get it too! My interview went really well, they were all so nice and made me feel comfortable. They asked which shift I preferred, confirmed I passed my NCLEX, and only asked 4 main questions: Introduce yourself, your experience in nursing school what you learned, and why you chose nursing, A time you had miscommunication with a patient and how you fixed it, What you want to get from the residency, how it can help you, and why you chose a residency, What compassion means to you and how it relates to nursing, They also asked a scenario question about a patient in the observation unit that was deteriorating what do you do

Thank you so much!! did they ask you things like, why baptist, why this unit, introduce yourself, why nursing, and what kind of scenario questions did they ask? Oh shoot I didn't know they would ask content questions, yea the lady on the phone said my interview was a panel for cardio, neuro, observation, med surg and oncology, soo I don't know how it's gonna be!

OMG! My interview is next week on Thursday, what did they ask you? I'm so nervous... did they ask what unit you wanted? how many questions did they ask?
