    I submitted the syllabi for all my labs. When I spoke with admissions, they said it needed to explicitly say that the lab was conducted in person. If not, you'll need to get a letter from your school. One of my labs didn't have that verbiage so I reached out to my lab professor for a letter stating that the lab was held in-person. Also note that the letter needs to be on letterhead and signed, and submitted as a PDF file.
