Interesting, Program's director idea and she took it to UIW. They are using the funds from the class for the white coat ceremony and for funding to send the class to the AANA conference. I would rather pay for both out of my pocket if I get into the program than use my hard earned money to fund their inagural class especially, when there is no real guarantee that the school is going to be accredited. It's a gamble.

I applied back in December and have recieved no word of interview. This class can't possibly be the make or break if some didn't have a grad chem class pending and still got an interview. Maybe AI filtered our apps out somehow. They recieved a stunning number of applications, over 1,000 easily. Those that have signed up for their class should have been the first applications they looked at and offered an interview to. Let us know how the class goes and if any other school actually accepts it as a prerequisite for physics or chemistry.

I think today is the last day to sign up or pull out of the grad level chem class. I know some got interviews but most likely told to keep to keep quiet to avoid dissuading others from not taking the almost $4,000 class. Doesn't sit well with me. They might grant everyone who gets an A in the class an interview just to validate its legitimately. I emailed a few programs about this class and they had no idea what it was and it didn't meet their chemistry requirements.
