Hello all! I am a nurse manager in Springfield MO. Our hospital has a stated policy of reimbursing staff up to $1000 to attend any type of education, including meetings, that pertains to their job. However, it isn't really practiced. I am wondering what other hospitals in the state of MO do? There are so many great educational opportunities out there, it seems a waste to limit staff to only what is offered in-house. Your thoughts, please.
