If you click on "enter requirements" in complio it opens up and gives you the option to open those forms to complete

I found the forms! I was trying to pull them up on an ipad and thats why I couldn't see them but when I did it on my laptop I was able to pull them up. Thanks! And yes I'm sure they will go over everything in orientation.

Will do! Also, turn in your immunization forms early to your PCP. My appt to go over the forms isn't until next week but my PCP looked over them and sent me to do my TB test blood work before my appointment so that it will be back in a timely manner.

Ohh man, I would try calling that support number thats included on one of the attached forms and have them change your email
