video interview? Do you know the questions, because this isn't how the screening usually goes LOL I thought the screening was over the phone with the recruiter. Did you already do the interview? I wonder why they changed it from phone screening.

Hi everyone! I recently applied to Tacoma General Hospital, June 2026 Cohort, for the medsurg/onc floor and was offered an interview next week. I'm really excited but also a little nervous. Does anyone have tips on what the interview is like or how best to prepare? I'd really appreciate any advice from those who have interviewed or worked there. Also, this can be a space where people share anything we can all help each other out. I haven't seen people talking about this residency. Thank you so much!
