  1. I submitted them last month, and some of my stuff was not accurately reflected (HPV forms). When I called the student health office, the representative says the clearance takes a long time, because people have to personally review it. In addition, that same group of people, or person has to personally reach out to you if you have anything odd. So it's normal for it to be in limbo.
  2. I had an outstanding math class, and an outstanding science class before I applied and got accepted. I don't know if it's available at the moment, but before I applied I made an appointment to speak with an admissions assistant. If I recall correctly, you can be accepted into the program with 1 outstanding science course - provided that you get evidence that you sign up for the Spring before fall semester - and 2 (? foggy on this - maybe someone else can chime in) non-science courses. You have to later provide evidence that you meet the minimal grades to be kept in the program.
  3. I'm so glad that the thread is getting lively! I'm happy for others that are able to gather in the FB group. I noticed that there's some people in the program, or have graduated in the thread, and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on whether part-time work is possible during the program. I know that officials in the school discourage working more than 1 shift a week, but does anyone have any anecdotes or advice? My supervisor says they're willing to be flexible, but I need to know how flexible I would need to be before I make the hard decision to quit. I have savings, but I'm worried about the overall living expenses that accumulate.
  4. I wish the best for you! Applications for nursing schools are definitely no easy task, so I hope we can hear good news soon ?
  5. Yay! I would love to speak to other accepted students, too since the pre-matric process is making me rip out my hair... But I don't think that allnurses allows any linked social media outside of Facebook (which I don't have) and DMs are only for people with 15+ messages posted. ?
  6. Yes, I accepted the offer ? The interview was casual-leaning, I stuttered quite a bit and was nervous, but I wasn't reprimanded and encouraged to take my time. The interview was similar to the application, and the interviewers will ask you to elaborate on whatever you wrote in the application. In general, the questions they asked me were pretty similar to a common job interview.
  7. Hi, I applied for Fall 2026 around late October, got an interview invite in mid-November, and got an offer a day later. The program is very flexible around non-Science courses in terms of validity status. Classes do not expire, so if you've taken Sociology 101 before, it still counts. I was able to get the math credit for a Med Dosage class, so I believe so long as the math course is college-level, it doesn't matter. I don't know if it's worth it to apply, but admissions is usually quick with replies via email.
