East Los Angeles College (ELAC) ADN - Fall 2026
Hey! I got a rejection from ELAC this past Friday. During my interview, I mentioned that ELAC wasn't my first choice and that I would only accept if I didn't get into schools closer to where I live in the SFV. I wonder if that impacted their decision in any way (probably not LOL). I did get into my top choice, though! Congrats to everyone who got in!

Hey! I will share! Firstly, I will be declining, as I got accepted into Pierce and Citrus today, and Pierce is my first choice! It went by well! There are "evaluators," and they go by numbers (1, 2, 3, or 4). There are 3 sections: A writing section: You watch a video and answer 2 questions in 1-2 paragraphs. The video is about artificial intelligence and how it is taking away white-collar jobs. It could be a different video. A pair activity: You give directions to another applicant, and vice versa. They want to see if you can follow directions and give directions. It is about medical supplies. You get a picture, and you have to tell your partner exactly how it is set up. Make sure the labels are correct! Do not be intimidated by them, be yourself! I feel like everyone was trying so hard to "impress" them the day I went. I am sharing this because I want others to have an advantage if possible! We are all going into the same field! Good luck to you!! Hope you get accepted!! Sending good vibes!

Yes, definitely call—that's really odd. You actually got more points than I did and others commenting on this thread. I have a theory, though it might be wrong: maybe the people who got interviews are being considered as alternatives, and those who are accepted will receive a call instead? Just something I was thinking could be happening.

Los Angeles Pierce College (LAPC) - Fall 2026
Hi everyone! I thought it would be helpful to start a thread for those of us who applied to Pierce College's Fall 2026 RN program. It'd be nice to connect with other applicants, compare TEAS scores and points, and keep each other posted on any updates. Moorpark has already started sending out admission emails/calls. From what I've heard, Pierce usually sends theirs a little after Moorpark does, so we should probably be hearing back soon!

I submitted my application on 1/15. Based on my calculations, I applied with either 91 or 92 points. I'm not sure if I'll receive the additional point for LA County employment since I didn't submit any documentation for that. I earned all A's in my courses (71 points) and scored an 80 on the TEAS (20 points), for a total of 91 points. If I do receive the bonus point, my total would be 92. This is my first choice program, and I'm really hoping we all get an interview! ?
