This is what mine says right now, Status Hiring Manager completed interview Last Update 1/22/2026

I hope so haha, I just want to know where I stand. Assuming if they are going to reject me it would've happened by now maybe ?

You interview in November? and women's was my top choice and either peds or oncology second I can't remember exactly. Mine still has updated on 1/22

Also, did you see any update before that date at all?

Mine says the exact same thing, have y'all heard anything or know anyone whose status looked like that and got an offer?

Women's was my top choice, wonder if now I'll get my second choice

What speciality did they get?

My application showed last update 1/22/26 as well. I hope that means they're making decisions and will have an answer soon!
