  1. Appreciate the advice just talked to a lawyer and he says hes very confident we can get this with a no monitoring agreement especially because there were not aggravating circumstances and I reported it to my program prior to starting school.
  2. A week before I started nursing classes last July I received a DUI I made a terrible mistake of judgment and tried to drive home after a housewarming party. I reported it to my program and they allowed me to stay in the program since I had a otherwise clean record, however what should I expect for the NCLEX and licensing will they let me sit for the exam? Does anyone have any similar experiences? Side Note: I am very well aware that what I did was terrible and dangerous and have made changes I have genuinely quit alcohol completely since July as I only really drank in social occasions I decided to stop going to any that had alcohol. I am in my second semester of my LPN program and am due to graduate in august.
