  1. I am a school nurse at an elementary school and was recently evaluated by my Nurse Supervisor. This is my first Post School Nurse Evaluation in 23 years. One criticism is that I communite with the parents of students receiving daily medications to so the parents know the student received their medication. Another one was that when a teacher administered a "Tums" to a student without authorization, that a teams email was not sufficient (even though I went to inform the vice principal within a few minutes of it). This lead to me completing a DSS Report on the same day. My plan is to listen and ask for clear guidance on changes the administrators and supervisors are asking for moving forward. I graduated from the Universtity of Maryland School of Nursing in 1974. My M.S.N. was from the University of Maryland Graduate School of Nursing in 2001. My Post Certificate in Population Based-Care Coordination was from Stevenson University in 2016. My plan is to continue working for 3-4 more years. I welcome input on improving my role in our Nursing Practice. Nurse H.
