I did my preceptorship in ICU ! I don't have critical care experience besides that.

I got called for an in person interview on Wednesday !

Has anyone gotten an update on ICU new grad after the phone screening interview?

Would love to know what I'm missing even with all the listed qualifications

Just got emails that I wasn't chosen for any of the 3 new grad positions

Same...I have MA and scribe experience as well as my license and all the certifications and have not gotten chose
