Hi! Thanks for asking fam. It went really well. It lasted about 45 min and it was just me and the Unit manager. About 8/9 questions and all were behavioral/personality based. For example...how do you define that your shift went smoothly once you hand off and give report or tell me about a time when you did something wrong and how did you correct it/reflect to ensure it didn't happen again? Etc... I prepared for clinical scenario questions too but didn't get asked any... I feel good about it tbh...I'll def keep yall posted on the outcome. She said I will get a call Wednesday or Thursday from the recruiter. I hope yours go well!

Interview is on 5/11

I submitted the video on 8:30 pm on Tuesday 4/21 and on Wednesday 4/22 at 4:30 pm I got the email with the formal interview invite with the unit. I submitted my initial application at 2:05 am on the 21st.

Hi! I didn't have major issues...it was a little slow uploading and took maybe about 10 minutes to upload. I did get a confirmation email saying that my submission had been recieved and that I would hear back soon with next steps etc... About an hour ago I recieved an email from the unit I applied to with an Interview offer date and time...so they are moving pretty quick. I hope you hear back from them to confirm your submission and I know you don't know me but let me know how I can support you!

within 72 hours of the email. I would try to get it done as soon as you can.

5 Questions. 3 were personality based (ex: why peds? Why this hospital?) and the other two were situational based ( talk about a time at clinicals...etc) I think you will be fine. Just be genuine and try not to ramble too much...be intentional. 50 seconds per question with 3 re-do chances.

Not yet! I'm sure they won't reach out until mid to end of March early April with next steps/screenings/interviews. Hang in there! I know it's hard tho... I check my status atleast twice a day.

Hi! I actually had an in-person interview on Monday with the CICU. I applied on 1/12/2026 (out of state) and then got an email from a recruiter for a phone call on 2/9/2026. I had the call with the recruiter on 2/11/2026 and thats when she invited me for an interview that I completed on 3/9/2026. The first 4 hours was a shadow and time on the floor with an assigned nurse and then the last hour was the interview with the two nursing educators and the Manager. They were welcoming and made me feel like it was very casual which helped with nerves etc... They told me I should hear something back by next Monday. Good luck and hope this helps.

Hi! If I'm correct, I beleive it was supposed to go at the bottom of your cover letter. The webinar powerpoint said to rank your top two choices there.
